Under the direction of our Executive Chef, the award-winning cuisine at Hotel Croatia embraces a diverse blend of trends and cultural influences. Complementing the creative fare, the unique ambiance and style of each of the resort’s five restaurants provide a variety of dining experiences.  As part of its complete resort experience, Hotel Croatia provides several gastronomic and dining opportunities throughout the day. Buffet halls, a la carte restaurants and cafes are serviced by professional and cordial staff ready to attend to every detail and make your holiday an enjoyable experience.

Guests can enjoy a rich buffet-style breakfast and their regular evening meal at Restaurant Cavtat. In addition to international cuisine, local customs and traditional dishes are presented at a Croatian Gala Dinner, accompanied with a cappella singing. However, a change of atmosphere is offered by several a la carte restaurants: the rustic Steak House with open grill, Restaurant Konavle, Alverde Restaurant & Bar by the outdoor pool, and the Spinaker Restaurant on Cavtat Beach.

Piano Bar is the hip meeting place for drinks. It is the ideal place to meet after conference gatherings and enjoy a wide variety of Croatian wines by the glass or unique cocktails. Its vibrant and lively atmosphere is the perfect place to start the evening.
