Hotel Excelsior closes once again for a complete renovation
The second phase of the reconstruction of the luxurious Hotel Excelsior is expected to entail a €14 million investment. The hotel will have a total of 158 luxurious rooms including two presidential suites and 14 de luxe suites. After the reconstruction project, the Excelsior will also have a completely new reception, restaurants, indoor pool and improved spa and wellness facilities. The former à la carte restaurant Taverna Rustica will be turned into a luxurious villa.

Work commences on the luxurious Gruda facility Work has commenced on the Hotel Gruda, one of three future luxurious facilities belonging to Adriatic Luxury Hotels in the Konavle area. The first phase of the project will amount to €3 million, while the entire investment is expected to be worth €7 million. The Hotel Gruda will have 25 luxurious 4-star rooms and suites, a restaurant, lounge bar, salon, conference room, spacious parking area and beautifully decorated gardens.
